From our base in rural North Yorkshire, Mount Grace Charcuterie produce a range of cured, smoked, fermented & air-dried charcuterie products. All hand-made in small

batches with scrupulous attention to each and every ingredient which we use. Our recipes are based on time-honoured methods often going back hundreds of

years – but with a contemporary twist to suit modern British tastes. Our Beef & Pork is from our own farms located near the top of the iconic Sutton

Bank high in the North York Moors National Park. Wild Game from the Yorkshire Moors & Dales.


Our traditional farming methods are reminiscent of what our grandparents would recognise. Supporting regenerative and sustainable farming methods wherever we can.
