At Mount Grace Charcuterie, we take pride in producing Yorkshire’s finest hams, bacon and charcuterie
All crafted by hand in small batches at our base in rural North Yorkshire. Our range includes cured, smoked, fermented, and air-dried meats, each prepared with meticulous attention to quality and flavour.
Our recipes draw from centuries-old techniques, reimagined for the modern British palate. We use beef and pork from our own farms, located high on the edge of Sutton Bank in the North York Moors National Park, along with wild game sourced from across the Yorkshire Moors and Dales. We believe that great food starts with great farming. That’s why we follow traditional, sustainable, and regenerative farming practices — the kind our grandparents would recognise and respect.
