If you have a new product idea or struggling to keep up with production ‘in-house’ come and talk to us. We are the experts in Salting, Brining, Curing, Fermenting, Smoking, Dry Ageing, Slicing, Dicing & Packing. We have the facilities and the knowledge to create YOUR product. In addition, with our know-how and contacts within the meat industry, we can easily source the raw materials including free-range or native / rare breed Lamb, Beef, Pork, Poultry & Game.

  • Beef Brisket Dry Cured with sea-Salt various pickling spices and Birds Eye Chilli – ready for the customer to slow cook.
